Genealogy is very rewarding, yet challenging, whether you are researching your family or that of someone else. Identifying proven family relationships represents a worthwhile path to understanding your ancestry and history. If you are an avid family historian/researcher, once you begin to retrieve vital information and supporting records, you understand how easily this venture becomes a major part of your life. As we begin by gathering basic data such as names, dates, places and events related to family members, it is important to document the source of our information, even if that source is a family member or another party. Because effective genealogical research involves extensive hours of research, analysis, problem-solving, documentation and source citation, consultation with a professional researcher may be of value to your very important family history project.

Consult with us for your genealogical and historical document research needs. Our research focuses on accessing and evaluating source records, critical analysis to validate findings and writing professional research reports to document and record source citations. The evaluation of records and family data is crucial to proving or disproving relationships based on direct and indirect evidence. We can assist you with:
~ review of your research findings and recommending next steps;
~ locating record(s) to validate a lead or oral family story;
~ documenting current research findings with source records;
~ consultation on a research question, challenge or problem;
~ professional documentation of your family history;
our services are designed to assist with these basic research goals and more extensive research projects.
